Curves Around the World - Bombshell

Hallo meine Lieben,

Zeit für Curves Around the World! Meine Herren was ein Thema: Bombshell. Puh! Für alle, die diesen Ausdruck nicht kennen, die Übersetzung ist so was wie Sexbombe.

Ganz ehrlich, ich denke für jeden symbolisiert eine Sexbombe eine andere Art von Frau. Ich kann mich auch auf subtile Art und Weise wie ein Sexbombe fühlen ohne mich halb nackt zu präsentieren. Jedem das seine, natürlich, aber für mich ist das, ausser im Sommer und im Schlafzimmer, gar nichts.

Was sollte ich also anziehen? Ich habe da dieses Kleid, schwarz, eng, herzförmiges Dekolletee, lange Netzärmel. Das Kleid hat wirklich einen Wow-Effekt. Doch gestern morgen war mir nicht danach. Spontan war mir mehr nach einem Kleid, das auf den ersten Blick Business schreit, aber auf den zweiten mit einem tiefen Dekolletee, semitransparenten Oberteil und kurzen Rock bezirzt. Entscheidung gefallen.

Ich trug es gestern auch auf der Arbeit mit meinem Schneeleoparden Cardigan und einem Top unten drunter, damit man auch ja nichts sieht. In der Mittagspause eilte ich dann schnell zu Mama, die die folgenden Fotos von mir gemacht hat.

time for Curves Around the World! OMG what a theme this week: bombshell. Oh my.

To be honest I think a bombshell can be variety of personal interpretations of a unique kind of a woman. I can be a bombshell without wearing something screaming SEX and without being all naked. Of course everyone is free to look the way they want but for me being half naked is only something for the very very hot summer time - or the bedroom.

So what to wear? I got this dress, black, tight, heart shaped neckline, long mesh sleeves. The dress got it's wow effect. But yesterday morning I didn't feel like wearing this dress. I was feeling more like that one dress that screams business at first but then wraps you around the finger with a plunging neckline, almost see through top and short skirt. Decision is up.

I wore it to work yesterday with my snow leopard cardigan and with a top underneath so no one can take a look behind it's layers. During lunch break I rushed to my mom and she took the following pictures.

 Hallo meine Lieben,

es ist Mittwoch, wenn auch schon später am Abend: Zeit für Curves Around the World. Motto dieser Woche ist DIY. Find ich klasse, ich habe meine Liebe zu DIY entdeckt. DIY? Do it yourself! Schmuck mache ich z.B. gerne selbst. Stricken finde auch toll.

Meine Mutter hat mir zu Weihnachten ein wunderschönes Shirt von Via Appia geschenkt. Passend dazu habe ich mir ein Armband und eine Kette gemacht. Warum Schmuck kaufen, wenn ich Ihn auch selber basteln kann? An dieser Stelle noch mal: Danke Mama ♥︎

Wie steht Ihr zu dem Thema DIY? No go oder tolles Hobby?

even if it is late, it is Wednesday again: time for Curves Around the World. This week's theme is DIY. Awesome because I recently discovered DIY for me. DIY? Do it yourself! I do like to create jewelry and I love to knit.

For Christmas I got a beautiful shirt of Via Appia from my Mom. For this shirt, I made a bracelet and a necklace. Why should I buy that if I can make it myself? Again at this place: Thank you Mama ♥︎

Lady in Red ♡ rotes Peplum Kleid Teil 4

Hallo meine Lieben,

sieht das nicht richtig herbstlich in meinem Hintergrund aus? So schön ist es in dem Park bei mir um die Ecke. 

Heute zeige ich Euch wieder eine Möglichkeit das rote Peplum Kleid zu tragen. Gezeigt habe ich es Euch ja schon elegant ohne alles, totally business mit Blazer und punkig mit Karo-Nieten-Bluse. Es war mir heute morgen nach einer gewagten Farbkombo. Manchmal hat man nun mal solche Tage. Ich kombinierte also mein knall rotes Peplum Kleid mit meiner weinroten Thermostrumpfhose und einer schwarzen Strickjacke. Um das Outfit noch herbstlicher zu machen trage ich dazu einen selbst gestrickten groben grauen Schal und süße braune Wildleder Booties. Ganz getreu dem Shopping Queen Motto dieser Woche: Auf Schritt und Tritt - Zeige, mit welchem Schuh du durch den Herbst gehst!

isn't that the perfect autumn site behind me? I got this beautiful park right around the corner of home. 

Today I want to show you another way how to wear the red peplum dress. I already showed you classy without anything, totally business with a blazer and punk style with a tartan blouse. This morning I wanted a rather daring colour mix. It is just one of these days. I started my combo with the red peplum dress, burgundy thermo panty hose and a long black cardigan. To make it look more like an autumn outfit I also wore a hand made thick grey scarveand wonderful brown suede leather booties. All following this week's motto of Shopping Queen - the autumn shoe.

heute zeige ich nach einiger Zeit wieder ein Outfit. Ganz in schwarz und ein wenig rockig. Bei Asos habe ich eine besondere Leggings gesehen, die es mir wirklich angetan hat. Nach einigen hin und her Überlegungen musste ich sie einfach bestellen. Siehe da, schaut gut aus.

after a little while I get to show you an outfit today. All in black and a little rocking as well. Lately I saw a pair of very special leggings at Asos, I was really into at first side. After making up my mind I just had to order them. And - looking good. 

Der Grund, warum ich eine Weile überlegt habe, bis ich mich für diese Leggings entschieden habe, ist wie immer das "Schlechte-Moppel-Gewissen". Sollte ich wirklich als Moppel Frau eine drapierte Leggings tragen, die auch noch lederartig glänzt? Will ich das meinen kurzen, dicken Beinen antun? Eine Weisheit, an die mich eigentlich immer halte, sagt aber: Nichts sieht an dir schlecht aus, solange du es noch nicht anprobiert hast. Probieren geht über studieren. Also her mit der Hose. Und ausserdem, warum sollte ich es nicht wagen?

The reason why it took me a little longer until I finally ordered these pants is the guilty conscience of a big girl. Do I really want to torture my fat and short legs with draped leggings which are on top shining like leather? Should I wear that as a plus size girl? Wisdom tells me: Nothing looks bad on you until you did not try it on. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. So get me these pants. And by the way, why shouldn't I dare to?

Kombiniert habe ich die Leggings mit einem weiteren Teil, das nicht auf den ersten Blick Plus Size ruft: Das Peplum Shirt. Ich hatte ja schon in meiner Sonntags Reihe gezeigt, dass Peplum Kleider bei uns Moppeln eine gute Figur machen können. Der Beweis geht hier gleich weiter. 

I matched these leggings with another piece that does not scream plus size at the first sight: the peplum shirt. I showed you with my Sunday serial that a peplum dress can work really good for a plus size girl. The proof of that continues here. 

Um den rokigen Look zu vervollständigen, trage ich mit Nieten besetzte Boots und dazu eine mit sternenförmigen Nieten besetze Tasche. Eine Schwarz - Silberne Kette, ein schwarzer Ring und mein grobes DIY Armband runden den Look ab. 

To go on with the rock style I am wearing stud boots and a bag with star shaped studs. Of course all in black. A black and silver necklace, a black ring and my bold DIY bracelet complete the look. 

Smokey Eyes und rote Lippen sind Pflicht. Dazu schwarzen Nagellack. Den Nagel des Ringfingers habe ich gold lackiert und mit goldenen Perlen versehen. 

Smokey eyes and red lips were a must. Also black nail polish. I put golden nail polis on the nail of my ring finger and topped it with golden pearls.

Lady in Red ♡ rotes Peplum Kleid Teil 3

Hallo meine Lieben,

heute geht der Punk ab. Für die dritte Ausgabe der Reihe Lady in Red - rotes Peplum Kleid zeige ich Euch eine nicht so klassische Interpretation des Kleides. Es muss ja auch nicht immer klassisch oder mit Blazer sein. Für die Arbeit ist es nichts, aber z.B. für einen Abend mit den Mädels oder für ein Konzert.

today is punk day. For my third issue of Lady in Red - red peplum dress I will show you a not all classical interpretation of the dress. It does not always have to be classical or the business with a blazer. This is not an office outfit but will work for an evening with the girls or for a concert.

Ich war ganz begeistert von dieser mit Nieten besetzten Baumwollbluse, als ich sie vor ein paar Woche bei einem Last Minute Shopping Rausch gefunden habe. Ich wusste gleich, dass ich sie mit diesem Kleid kombinieren muss. 

I was so thrilled by this rivet cotton blouse when I saw it a few weeks ago on a last minute shopping rush. I knew right away, that I had to match it with this dress. 

Simple Pumps und feiner Goldschmuck hätten hier keinesfalls hingepasst, deshalb habe ich mich für krelle Sandalen und eine dunkel rote Kette entschieden. Jetzt wo es kälter wird würde ich diese Sandalen zu diesem Outfit auch wieder tragen, allerdings dann mit einer blickdichten schwarzen Strumpfhose.


Simple pumps and fine jewelry would not fit to this, so I choose bright sandals and a dark red necklace. Now, when it is getting colder, I would definately choose the sandles again, but this time with an opague panty hose.
